These terms apply to the use of econnet.no and enquiries sent to Econnet. Project-specific deliveries are governed by a separate proposal or agreement.

Econnet is a brand operated by SAID COMMERCE (ENK), company registration number 837486572. Agreements and invoicing are handled through SAID COMMERCE.
Who these terms apply to
The services are primarily intended for businesses and professionals. If a service is expressly offered to a consumer, mandatory consumer protection rules apply regardless of these general terms.
Use of the website
The website may be used for lawful information and initial enquiries.

A submitted enquiry is non-binding. Econnet may request clarification, is not obliged to accept every project, and a project does not begin solely because a form has been submitted. The sender is responsible for ensuring that the information provided is accurate.
Proposals and formation of agreements
A binding agreement arises only when the parties have accepted a written proposal, order confirmation, project agreement, or equivalent documented terms. The specific agreement prevails over these website terms in the event of conflict.
Delivery, scope, and changes
The scope is defined in the project agreement. Changes are assessed separately, and their effect on price and schedule should be clarified before additional work is performed. Material changes may require a revised proposal.
Client participation
The project may depend on the client providing accurate information, content, approvals, access, decisions, and feedback within the agreed project arrangements. Delayed participation may affect progress.
Price and payment
Price, payment schedule, invoicing, and any costs are set out in the relevant proposal or agreement. Statutory rules may apply where relevant.
Third-party services
Projects may depend on hosting, domains, payment providers, extensions, advertising platforms, analytics, or other external software. These services may have their own terms and costs. The allocation of responsibility should be set out in the project agreement.
Intellectual property rights
Rights to design, code, content, licenses, and other deliverables are governed by the proposal or project agreement. Third-party materials are subject to their own licenses. Econnet retains rights to existing tools, methods, reusable components, and general expertise unless otherwise agreed. Client-specific rights are defined in the project agreement.
Client materials
The client is responsible for having the necessary rights to text, photographs, video, logos, trademarks, product information, and other material supplied for use in the project.
Confidentiality
Non-public business information should be handled responsibly. Project-specific confidentiality requirements may be agreed separately; a non-disclosure obligation does not apply automatically.
Liability and limitations
Econnet does not guarantee a particular commercial outcome unless expressly agreed. Digital results may depend on factors beyond Econnet’s control. Liability is assessed under the specific agreement and applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
